Key limes are small 1 1/4" - 1 3/4" everbearing fruit with few seeds. They are very acidic and juicy. Flesh is greenish-yellow to yellow in color. Excellent for cooking and pies. The thorny varieties have more fruit production the the thornless. Cold sensitive.
