We provide all shipping services through the United States Postal Service for both domestic and international shipments.
Please remember that shipping estimates do not include handling time. Orders placed Monday through Saturday during business hours are usually shipped the next day. Handling times are not guaranteed.
You may request in-store pickup for your items by calling our physical location before placing your order at +1.239.543.3246.
You will be charged for shipping at checkout, but the charge will be refunded to you at time of pickup. You must present the card originally used in order to claim your product and receive your shipping refund. Please note it may take several days for the refund to appear on your card.
Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be refunded and returned to stock.
Defective or incorrect products must be returned by mail within 15 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. All return shipping cost are determined on a case-by-case basis.
A Return Merchandise Authorization is required for all returns regardless of reason.
Returns will not be accepted on food items. If you receive an incorrect or defective food item please send a picture with your request for refund or replacement to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers may return products in person to our physical location at 17391 Durrance Rd. N. Fort Myers, FL 33917 during regular business hours Monday - Saturday in accordance with our in-store return policy.
