A standout beet, offering both excellent roots and sweet, flavorful, edible greens that are ideal for sautéeing. Introduced in 1970 by Burpee Seed Company, it has orange, globe-shaped roots that turn golden yellow when cooked, are tender and mild-flavored (even when large), and will not bleed like red beets. 50-55 days. ±1,600 seeds/oz.
