Centennial: A small to medium 2" - 2 1/2" oblong fruit. Sour, similar in taste to limwquat (Key Lime). Let fruit turn orange, sweet slightly tart, very good flavor. Showy landscape. Variegated tree, with a season from November to May.
Meiwa: A small 1" - 1 1/2" round fruit with few seeds. Sweetest of all kumquats. Used for preserves, candied fruit and eating. Compact growth habit and produces from November to May. Cold hardy.
Nagami: A small 1 1/4" - 1 3/4" oblong fruit with few seeds. More tart taste than Meiwa and brighter orange color. Used for preserves and commercial landscaping. Cold hardy.
